Scope of Role
What Kavita owns at Seed Ventures
Service Account Management
End-to-end ownership of client service accounts across all active marketplaces. Every engagement runs through systems her team built and maintains.
Operations Team Leadership
Building, developing, and managing the operations team responsible for execution across the full client portfolio — from onboarding to performance delivery.
Customer Success
Leading the customer success function — client retention, satisfaction, escalation resolution, and the feedback loops that make every future engagement better than the last.
Process & Systems Design
Designing and implementing the internal processes and workflows that allow Seed Ventures to scale across more brands, more marketplaces, and more countries without losing quality.
Growth Strategy Partnership
Direct partnership with the CEO on new client intake, operational planning, and strategic decisions as the business expands into new markets and capabilities.
